Greg Swemmer

In 1982 Greg commenced a career within the property industry in South Africa initially in residential sales and later transferring to property management and commercial property development. In 2004 Greg and his family migrated to the Gold Coast, Australia. Acquiring Chateaux shortly thereafter Greg introduced commercial and residential property management as the core business of the Chateaux Property Group. At the same time he expanded the operations of Chateaux Commercial Sales and Leasing. Greg values the interaction he has with his skilled professional members of staff and sub-contractors and providing a superior service to his valued clients.
